Bun Voyage

Hello

This one's a leaving card requested by my hubby. I get him to score me out of 10. He gave me a generous 8 for this and said if it was a currant bun it would have been a 10 !

I use a digi stamp from the brilliant Tim Hunter. And just decoupaged it up. You can get it from Tims' Etsu shop with his other fun creations. I really love the humour he brings into his artwork. Good clean fun!

Allsorts Challenge #2

Hello

There is a fab new challenge on the Allsorts Challenge Blog and im gonna have a go ! It is perfect for me cos i love fiddling around making things using my dies. Pop yourselves along and have a go.

These were inspired by my tadpoles growing their little legs !

Oh and of course my brothers and brother inlaws birthdays. Handy they are in the same month. They will probably get similar cards forever more !

Froggies

Hi Ya

I made this card for Sir Stampalot on Thursday.

I was dissapointed with it initially but it has grown on me a bit more now.

Don't you find that, when your making something, you get sick of the sight of it, and if your feeling crappy, you think your work looks crappy too.

The froggies are really cute! You can never have enough Frogs.

Originally the Sizzix Vine die looks like this. Isn't it lovely!

I went round the edges with a coloured pencil

to bring out the Bazzil texture.

And around the Froggies with a black thin liner pen - which makes them look stamped.

The little flowers are from the Phrase Spring,

which is part of a Sizzlit Set - very handy.

and the Froggie with flower

is part of a Sizzlit Bug Set

which i also used for part of my hubbies valentines card.

Decorating

Hi Ya Peeps, i do ajopolise ! I am decorating the kitchen at the moment so not much hapnin on the card front.

Rather than you all think im dead, i thought i'd cheat and post some older cards !

This sheepie is sooo cute. Pink Petticoat of course - so quick and easy - no thinking involved.

I made a batch of about 6 and ive used them up already. April was a busy birthday month for me.

All sizzix dies from Sir Stampalot of course.

I coloured them in with Perfect Pearls and the Froggie in Crystal Laquers - Bloomin Gel pens are always blocking up, but i do like those Souffles.

Newbie Blogger

I thought i'd better get my feet wet blogging. I hope i don't bore anyone to death !

Here are 3 cards i knocked up for my hubbies work colleagues for next weekend.

I'm not that keen on really big cards but I did theses extra big for impact.

I love cute little cards but i find it hard to cram everything on them so

my cards just end up growing and growing !

They're a bit samey - but at least they are all done.

Dolly Mama Stamps appeal to me because the women look really crakers!
